Winter Lunch at Nonna's Table - Sunday 14 July 2024
My 4th cookbook “At nonna’s table” is a book of memories and recipes that tells of the love that my mother Livia had for her children and grandchildren. The recipes are a celebration of seasonality and Italian home cooking. Join me in this special Sunday lunch with a selection of winter recipes from the book. You will receive a personally signed copy of “At nonna’s table” when you attend the class.
We will be making crepes with spinach and fontina cheese, slow-cooked beef brasato, vegetable sides dishes and a pear cake.
Enjoy complimentary wine and homemade snacks during the class. This is a hands-on class with a maximum of 6 participants, held in my renovated warehouse home. Please note I have several flights of internal stairs and a cat.
The class runs from 10.45am to about 2.15pm. Remember to bring an apron to the class if you would like to wear one!
If there are fewer than 4 participants, classes may be cancelled and your money will be refunded. If you are unable to attend a class with up to a week's notice, you can obtain a credit for a future class. You can transfer your spot to a friend at any time.
