Autumn Lunch at Nonna's Table - Sunday 19 May 2024
My 4th cookbook “At nonna’s table” is a book of memories and recipes that tells of the love that my mother Livia had for her children and grandchildren. The recipes are a celebration of seasonality and Italian home cooking. Join me in this special Sunday lunch with a selection of vegetarian recipes from the book. You will receive a personally signed copy of “At nonna’s table” when you attend the class.
We will be making focaccia, pickled vegetables (giardiniera), fresh egg pasta for cannelloni with ricotta and spinach, vegetable sides dishes and an apple and ricotta strudel.
Enjoy complimentary wine and homemade snacks during the class. This is a hands-on class with a maximum of 6 participants, held in my renovated warehouse home. Please note I have several flights of internal stairs and a cat.
The class runs from 10.45am to about 2.15pm. Remember to bring an apron to the class if you would like to wear one!
If there are fewer than 4 participants, classes may be cancelled and your money will be refunded. If you are unable to attend a class with up to a week's notice, you can obtain a credit for a future class. You can transfer your spot to a friend at any time.
